Regular Volleybal
Reserving a field for indoor volleyball is quite easy; you just have to fill in this form: https://www.kuleuven.be/sport/formulieren/reservatie-sportinfrastructuur

Knowing when the fields in the Topsporthal or Gebouw de Nayer are free is a bit more complex, read the guide below.
Go to the KULoket in Toledo and click on "Classroom Reservations".
There are multiple ways to search, the easiest one is the second option: to search by name.
You have to give a part of the name of the room. For GDN fields it's "Grote Zaal", TSH fields have the name "Balsportzaal".
You'll then get an overview of all rooms that match the search. Here you have to select for which rooms you want to see the occupation.
Finally, you'll see an overview for a single week, with per day and per room the occupation. Use the buttons just above the overview to switch weeks.
